2. Book & Confirm Your Selections
Once you've found the perfect décor pieces to elevate your event, it's time to secure your rental.
Here’s how it works:

Add your desired items to the cart.

Select your event date and enter the quantities you need.

Proceed to checkout to request a personalized quote.
After submitting your request, we’ll email you a detailed quote and Rental Contract. To reserve your items, a non-refundable 25% deposit of the total rental amount is required. This amount includes:

All applicable taxes

Delivery fees
-
A 10% refundable damage deposit
Note: A valid Texas driver’s license or state-issued ID is required at the time the Rental Contract is signed and must match the name on the rental order
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your scheduled delivery date. Please note: If the full balance is not paid by this deadline, your rental order will be canceled with no refunds.
Our booking process is secure, simple, and efficient. Once everything is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, and your event décor will be reserved for your special day. Please note that we require a $200 minimum spend for all orders that require delivery. Customer pickup may be available for select items. Contact us for details.

3. Stress-Free Delivery to Your Event
The final step in making your event decor dreams come true is the delivery. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your decor items arrive on time and in perfect condition. We'll work with you to coordinate the delivery logistics, so you can focus on other aspects of your event planning.
On the agreed-upon date, our professional delivery team will arrive at your event venue with all your selected decor items. Our services include drop-off and pickup only.
We'll return to collect the items once the event has concluded, making the process hassle-free for you. Our goal is to make your event decor rental experience stress-free and memorable.
