2. We'll email you a rental contract and you'll upload a copy of your valid ID.

3. 7 Days prior to your delivery date, we'll send a payment link for you to pay your remaining balance.

4. On the day of your event, we'll deliver your rentals and then pick them up after your event.

Yes, we require a minimum order amount of $200, not including delivery, damage deposits, or administrative fees.

We require a valid state-issued ID or TX driver's license to rent from us. The name listed on the ID must match the name on the payment method used to secure the rental.

Yes, premium delivery fees will apply for all orders that require pickup or dropoff outside of our normal business hours.

Premium delivery fees apply to all rentals that are delivered to locations other than the first floor. This also includes any deliveries involving elevators, stairs, tight spaces, or after hours.

In addition to the cost of your rentals, we require a 10% Refundable Damage Deposit If all items are returned undamaged and on time, your 10% Refundable Damage Deposit will be refunded to the payment method on file within 5-7 business days.

Delivery Fees vary depending on the location your rentals are delivered to, but typically start at $100.
